Services

My therapeutic approach is based on the idea that psychological distress does not arise in a vacuum, but is influenced by our history, our environment and the social structures in which we live. Therefore, in addition to assessing your discomfort, I seek to understand with you what factors may be contributing to what you are feeling and how we can address them in a way that makes sense to you. I offer an empathic, warm and trustworthy accompaniment, where you can talk about your discomfort being kind to yourself, without fear, judgment or blame. In addition, I use digital tools that facilitate access to therapy, adapting to the needs of each person to provide a close and effective accompaniment in the virtual environment.

Integral Perspective

My way of working is based on:

LOOK

A gender perspective that recognizes how social norms and inequalities affect the emotional well-being of women and men in different ways.

An approach that takes into account the differences and needs of those living in urban and rural environments.

Interventions based on studies and scientific evidence, taking into account both personal experience and the environment and circumstances that may affect emotional well-being.

An understanding of psychological distress within the world we live in, understanding that our emotions and difficulties are also a response to the social and cultural environment.

Online Therapy

Online therapy offers multiple facilities without losing the closeness and accompaniment that characterizes a therapeutic process. Some of its advantages are:

Accessibility

You can access therapy from anywhere, without having to travel, which facilitates the process especially in rural areas or when we do not have time.

It allows you to adapt the sessions to your daily routine, facilitating the conciliation with work, studies or other responsibilities.

By doing therapy from your own environment, we feel more comfortable and safe to express ourselves.

Despite the physical distance, the therapeutic link remains at the heart of the process. Fortunately, technology allows for fluid communication and empathetic and personalized support.
